- AI 生成结果：Letterly AI 提供的邮件仅作为草稿参考，您应在发送前仔细核对文意，因文意疏漏产生的后果由您自行承担。
- 赛事预测：SoccerBingo 内的 AI 分析和预测不构成任何体育投注或投资建议。
4. 知识产权
我们服务中包含的所有软件、商标、SVG 图像、代码、设计和文字排版，均属于 Discovolve Studio 的财产，受著作权及其他知识产权法律保护。未经我们书面许可，您不得复制或传播本服务的任何组成部分。

本サービスは「現状のまま」および「利用可能な範囲」で提供されます。当社は、サービスが常に中断なく利用できることを保証せず、デバイスの非互換性、データ消失、AI 生成テキストの誤り、またはスポーツ予測の不正確さに起因する直接的・間接的損害について一切の責任を負いません。特に：
- AI 生成物：Letterly AI が提供するメール文面はあくまで下書き参考です。送信前に内容をご確認ください。文面の不備による結果はお客様の責任となります。
- 試合予測：SoccerBingo の AI 分析および予測は、スポーツベッティングや投資助言を構成するものではありません。
4. 知的財産権
本サービスに含まれるすべてのソフトウェア、商標、画像、コード、デザインおよびレイアウトは Discovolve Studio の資産であり、著作権法およびその他の知的財産権法により保護されています。当社の書面による事前許可なく、本サービスのいかなる構成要素も複製または配布することはできません。
5. 準拠法および最終解釈権

Welcome to our Terms of Use. This agreement is a legal contract between you and Discovolve Studio ("we", "our", or "us") regarding your use of our apps and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim all liabilities for any data loss, device incompatibility, AI-generated text anomalies, or sporting prediction inaccuracies. Specifically:
- AI Output: Letterly AI drafts are strictly reference outlines. Review and correct any generated message text before sending; you assume full accountability.
- Predictions: SoccerBingo forecast data is purely for interactive gameplay and does not constitute wagering advice or financial planning.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, brand logos, code, visual designs, and layout materials within our services are the intellectual property of Discovolve Studio. You may not copy or reuse elements of our services without prior written consent.
5. Governing Law & Final Interpretation
You agree to comply with the applicable laws and regulations of your country or region when using our Services. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. Discovolve Studio reserves the right of final interpretation of these terms.
